Coconut SnowDrop Cookies (makes about 3 Doz.)

Making more cookies :D

Coconut Snowdrop Cookies 
2 Cups all-purpose Flour
1 Cup flaked coconut
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter (or Margarine)= 2 sticks Softened
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Heat oven to 350 combine all of the above ingredients except the powdered sugar. Beat at a low speed. Drop small rounded pieces of dough on to ungreased cookie sheet, about 2" apart. Bake about 15 min. or until edges are brown remove immediately and cool on racks. Then Sprinkle with confect. sugar.








Cinnamon Crunch Bars :D

So since it is a new year i decided to make new foods :D
Also i am going over to my friends house for a party so i made these two wonderful cookies :D

Cinnamon Crunch Bars 
12 cinnamon Graham Crackers (2 1/2 X 4 3/4 inches each)
2 cups finely chopped walnuts
1 cup of butter
1 cup firmly packed cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange cinnamon graham crackers in a single layer with sides touching in bottom of a greased 10 X 15- inch jellyroll pan. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over crackers. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Continue to boil syrup 3 minutes longer without stirring; pour over crackers. Then put in oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly and slightly darker around the edges. cool completely in pan. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
